旋转式手动液压遥控系统

MANUAL HYDRAULIC REMOTE CONTROL OPERATOR FOR VALVES 

 
 

1、概述 OUTLINE

旋转式手动液压遥控系统是一种用来控制开闭液压阀的装置,根据用户的需要,该设备可遥控各种类型的液压阀。此设备安装容易,被控液压阀可安装在任何地方,(甚至人难以进入的场所),而旋转式手动液压遥控系统可安装在便于操作与维护的场所。

Manual hydraulic remote control operator for valves is basically composed of two  components transmitter and actuator. Normally the transmitter is installed at any convenient place for easy operation, whereas the actuator is installed on top of the valve body. The transmitter and the actuator are connected by a pair of small tubings which are used for transmitting the hydraulic pressure from the transmitter to the actuator to open or close the valve. One tubing is used for opening the valve, and the other is for closing.

3、工作原理 Operating Principle

旋转式手动液压遥控系统是一种用于液压驱动的动力泵单元,被广泛用于液压阀门的打开或关闭,该设备由油箱、手轮、液控阀、梭阀和安全阀等组成。

The rotary manual remote hydraulic control system is a driver for the hydraulic powerunit, which was widely used in the hydraulic valve is opened or closed and the equipment consists of oil tank,  hand wheel,hydraulic control valves, check valves and relief valve.


 

3.1自锁阀结构Lock Valve

在阀门液压手动泵单元内有两种单向阀(单向阀,液控单向阀),当操作结束后, 阀门液压手动泵内的单向阀将液压管路主回油路闭锁,使得管路内的液压油无法流动,因此即使有某种外力作用在阀门上,阀门仍将保持原来的位置(全开、全关位置)。

In case the tubings connecting the transmitter and the actuator are damaged for a certain reason loss of hydraulic oil out of the system takes place causing the valve to move from the original position. Lock valve is a safety device to prevent the valve from being opened or closed even in the abnormal case as above. By adding this lock valve to the actuator the hydraulic pressure in the actuator could be maintained at a constant level maintaining the valve position unchanged until the damaged part has been recovered.

   3.2无终点结构  No End Structure

由于该阀门液压手动泵采用了无终点结构,即使阀门已达到了最终位置,手轮仍可继续转动,在阀块内溢流阀控制下始终保持在安全压力值下,而不会对整个系统造成机械损害。

Because thevalve hydraulic manual pump adopting the no end structure, even if the valve has reached the final position, the handwheel can continue to rotate in the valve, overflow valve in control always keep safety in the pressure value, and not on the whole system caused by mechanical damage.

3.3安全阀(溢流阀)Safety Relief Valve

在任何情况下,只要输出管路内的压力高于安全压力值,则安全阀就会动作,从而保持管内压力在安全范围内。

The purpose of the safety relief valve is to protect the system from being ruptured due to excessive pressure. Typically this device is being activated when the pump discharge pressure rises as high as the design set pressure, or when the ambient temperature rises too high to cause the isolated system pressure excessively high due to thermal expansion.

4. 前期准备:Preparation

   4.1  打开油箱盖,向阀门液压手动泵储油箱内加油至油标螺母处,并在以后的操作使用过程中应注意随时向储油箱加油,使油箱始终处于正常使用的油位。

Open the tankcover,Injectingoil into storage tank  to oil standard nut, and in later operation process should pay attention tokeep the fuel tank always in normal oil level.

 4.2  在连接管路前必须用压缩空气将管路冲洗干净.然后连接上相应的液压管路.

The connecting pipemust be made before the compressed air pipeline rinse. Then connected on the corresponding hydraulic pipeline.

 4.3  松开被控阀上的两个管接头,顺时针转动手轮,待油泵内的油液由远端的关闭管路口流出,继续转动手轮,直至排尽这一连接管路中的空气(此过程可能要持续几分钟,原因由于管路长度因素造成);

Releasecontrolled valve on the two pipe joints, turn the handwheel clockwise, to pump oil from the distal end of the closed pipe junctions outflow, to turn the hand wheel, until the discharging air in a pipeline which links ( this process may be continued for a few minutes, due to pipeline length factors )

4.4  当管路内出来的油液中无气泡后,连接上相应的被控阀门管接头,继续转动手轮,直至液压阀手轮的扭力明显加重,说明被控阀已经完全关闭,此路调试完成。

When the pipeout of theoil without the bubbles, connected to corresponding controlled valve pipe joint, to turn the hand wheel, and hydraulic valve hand wheel torque increase significantly, illustrate the controlled valve is fully closed,the completion of commissioning . 

4.5  逆时针转动手轮,调试打开管路,重复上述4.3和4.4调试步骤.

Handwheel counter clockwise, debugging open line, repeat the above 4.3 and4.4steps.

5.阀门液压手动泵器操作方法  Valve hydraulic manual pump device operation method     

   5.1   逆时针转动手轮关闭阀门, 顺时针转动手轮打开阀门。当手轮转动而使阀门达到全开或全闭位置时,你会感到手轮变重,这时你可停止转动手轮,如果压力超过安全压力,安全阀会自动打开。

Handwheel counterclockwise to close the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise to open the valve.When the hand wheel rotation causes the valve to fully open or fully closed position, you will feel the hand wheel weight, then you can stop the rotation of a handwheel, if the pressure exceeds the safe pressure, the safety valve will automatically open

5.2   由于阀门液压手动泵是一个无终点结构,它允许手轮变重时仍可继续转动而不会对整个系统造成机械过载损害。

As the valvehydraulic manual pump is a no end structure, which allows the handwheel heavier can continue to rotate without causing damage to the whole system of mechanical overload

 5.3  操作结束后,液控单向阀会自动闭锁,管路内的油液无法流通,以防止由于外力作用在阀门上而导致阀门移动,阀门将始终保持在上次操作的位置(全开或全关位置)。

After operation, theno-return valve will automatically lock to stop the oil liquid flowing in the pipeline, in order to prevent the force on the valve which causes the valve to move, the valve will always remain in the last operation position ( fully open or fully closed position.).

  5.4    阀位指示:安装在手动泵单元上的阀位指示器仅用于指示上次操作结束后阀门的全开、全关位置,指针在位移过程中不代表阀的“开”“闭”实际位置。切换旁通阀开和关,然后旋转手轮,即可上下调整阀位指针的位置。

Valve positionindicator: installation in a manual pump unit on the valve position indicator for indicating the last operation only after the end of the valve to open, closed, the pointer in the displacement process does not mean valve" open" or "close" the actual location.Switch by pass-valve open and close,and then rotate the hand xheel can be adjusted up and down,the valve position indicator needle position.
